What the website currently does

You can browse PMT India's pages, view photographs and videos, follow external links, and contact PMT India through the published phone, email and WhatsApp links. Following a social-media or WhatsApp link, or sending an email, uses the relevant external service under its own practices.

Information and how it may be collected

If you contact PMT India directly, you choose what to share. This may include your name, organisation, contact details and business question. Your email, phone or messaging provider may also handle information needed to deliver your message. PMT India may receive and respond to the details you provide through those channels.

If online enquiries are activated later, the form is designed to request name, company or organisation, mobile number, area of interest and a brief business challenge. It also offers optional business situation, email address, designation, city or country, preferred contact method and a separate marketing-consent choice. Email would be required when Email is selected as the preferred contact method. Please do not send patient information or confidential third-party material.

Purposes and choice

Information provided through direct contact channels may be used to understand and respond to your enquiry and manage the conversation. A future online enquiry workflow is intended to record and route enquiries for follow-up. Its marketing-consent checkbox is optional and unchecked by default; making an enquiry would not itself subscribe you to marketing communications. Marketing delivery is not part of the current Contact form.

Sharing and service providers

Direct calls, emails and WhatsApp conversations involve the services you choose to use. The website's hosting provider may process technical requests needed to serve pages. If the planned enquiry workflow is approved, authorized PMT staff and selected hosting, email and Google Sheets services may handle enquiry data for response and follow-up. The exact providers, access arrangements and locations of processing require confirmation before activation.

Security and retention

Access to enquiry information should be limited to authorized people and protected through appropriate technical and organisational measures. The proposed backend includes validation, database storage and controlled delivery tasks, but these controls are not a claim that the public Contact form is active or that any system is risk-free.

A retention period, deletion process, backup treatment and responsibilities have not yet been approved. This notice will be updated once those decisions are confirmed. Please avoid sending sensitive or unnecessary information through direct contact channels.

Your questions and requests

You may contact PMT India to ask about information you have provided, request a correction or raise a deletion concern.
